How we work

grant thorp’s involvement begins with the initial client brief, audits and evaluation of current working practices.
 

We will evaluate proposed accommodation for suitability.
 

We draw up initial spaceplans and concept design proposals, followed by detailed design and specifications.
 

Our remit includes specification of all interior finishes and fittings, furniture, lighting and colours. The specification is developed with due consideration for IT, communications and service requirements.
 

Our workplace designs incorporate the following facilities: reception, conference, meeting, training, dining, break-out, kitchens, toilets, showers, rest-rooms, open-plan and cellular office space, and back-room facilities such as post-room, server and archive.
 

We support the project team during the construction process.
 

We will continue to work with a client on future reorganistions.
